How can I open an account with Media Wholesalers?

You can open an account with Media Wholesalers by filling in our Credit Application Form which can be found under New Customers section of our web site.

 

Are the products that you sell genuine?

All our products are original OEM products, and are 100% guaranteed.

 

 

How long will it take for me to receive my goods?

We deliver in Melbourne metro areas four times per day. All other areas throughout Australia are next day provided that orders are placed before 3.00pm EST.

 

 

I haven’t got an account with Media Wholesalers. What form of payment can I use?

We accept Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners. You can also pay via EFT, direct deposit, or cheque. We also accept purchase orders from Government and educational institutions. If you would like our banking details, please contact our credit department by emailing accounts@mediawholesalers.com.au 24 hours per day.

I have purchased a product from Media Wholesalers and it is faulty. What do I do?

All products sold by Media Wholesalers are guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. Before sending any faulty goods back, you will need a Return Authorisation Number. You can obtain this number by contacting our customer service team by emailing sales@mediawholesalers.com.au. If goods are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer, we will replace these goods free of charge.

Yes. Simply go to the new customers section of this web site and fill in the purchase order form. Once you have filled in all appropriate fields, press the submit button and we will receive your order and begin processing.
